Goal:

How can Synchrony enter the Web3 space with a product that can improve customer experience and can integrate with current Synchrony products?

About The App:

The iOS app our team created enables Synchrony to segue into the Web3 space. At its core, this is a crypto wallet with advantages not offered by competitors. Users can pay vendors with their desired asset (e.g. BTC, ETH, etc.) and the vendor receives payment in their desired currency (USD, BTC, ETH, etc.) Neither party is aware of the payment type being sent or received, enabling users to pay with whichever asset they have on hand. Advantages of this are both high flexibility and low fees. Users are able to circumvent traditional credit card processing fees since payments are handled via the blockchain.

Additional features include ability to buy, sell, send, and receive crypto assets. Users also have access to peer to peer lending.

Utilizes CoreML to fine tune promotional offerings to better cater to a customer's interests and spending habits.
